As you can see we had another marvelous weekend! Tilly woke up at 8:30 on Saturday morning, so everyone was nicely rested and ready for a nice day. Tilly donned another new dress and looked brilliant! We had a lazy morning and played on the balcony and did some puzzles until after lunch. Then we headed out for the lady's nap - this was not happening, so we gave up and suggested a fika instead, which she loved. We had some carrot cake (which she took all the icing off) and lovely lattes at the BEST Wayne's Coffee of all at Vällingby.
Then we did some food shopping, and husby and Tilly went through all the vegetables and she came out with a very large carrot, which she later stuck down a watering pipe in a flower bed!! Walked around and in and out of shops. Bought Tilly new runners. Had some hot dogs and then came home to some serious band practice to the Violent Femmes. Husby and I enjoyed adult beverages to another marathon night of Masterchef UK.
Woke up to find Tilly stuck between the wall and her wardrobe (no harm was done) and then got ready to spend the day with husby's parents at their summer house. We spent the day raking leaves and cleaning up the garden, which Tilly absolutely loved. She refused to have a nap (again!) but was in great form and helped everyone with their jobs. As you can see by the end of the day she was pooped and lasted about 5 seconds when we got in the car! Came home to make yummy minestrone and another session of band practice to The Editors! This kid has great taste!
Couldn't have asked for a better weekend and looking forward to a great week ahead. Peace out!
